Cable entry systems for cables with connectors
Waterproof with up to IP66 seal
Using the patented grommet based icotek cable entry system, a large number of pre-terminated cables (up to 65 mm in diameter) and cables without connectors (up to 75 mm in diameter) can be quickly routed into enclosures, control panels or machines and be sealed with up to IP66 / UL type 4X* rated ingress protection (certified according to EN 60529 / UL50-E). In addition, the cable entry frames serve as strain reliefs on the cable (acc. to EN 62444). The split cable entry system enables quick and easy assembly which is great for retrofits and maintenance.

By using split cable glands by icotek pre-terminated cables with diameters from 1 to 35 mm can be quickly routed into enclosures, control panels or machines and be sealed with up to IP66 / IP68 / UL Type 4X* rated ingress protection (certified according to EN 60529 / UL50-E). Cable entry plates for cables without connectors
With the membrane-based feed-through plates, pneumatic and hydraulic hoses or optical fiber can be quickly and space-savingly routed to enclosures, panels or machines with certified protection class up to IP68 (according to EN 60529) and UL type 4X* (according to UL50-E). icotek's penetration plates are a cost-, space- and time-saving alternative to conventional cable glands.

icotek offers brush-sealed cable glands such as brush plates and brush strips that are perfect for applications where a high IP rating is not required. icotek's brush solutions are intended for dust and dirt-resistant applications regardless of whether the cable is contacted or not.

EMI shielding & earthing components
For process measurement and control equipment an increasingly higher level of protection against failure is required. EMI shielding and earthing is very important. The area where the cable shield is connected to the cabinet earth is a critical point. It is very important that the connection has a low resistance. All icotek EMC cable clamps for shielding cable diameters from 1.5 to 75 mm have been tested utilising various frequency ranges and in all tests there was minimal leakage resistance.

Hook-and-loop cable ties & velcro tape holders
Cable ties with hook-and-loop fasteners are an increasingly common fixing mode for cables. They are used instead of standard cable ties, because they can be easily closed and opened several times. The soft material is gentle on cables, especially where vibrations are present. icotek also offers velcro tape holders, which can be mounted quickly and easily in various ways.
