Kabelgenomföringsplatta / KEL-DPZ-HD with metric thread from M32 to M63 has been developed for installation in food processing and packaging machines.

During development according to the Hygienic Design guidelines, care was taken to ensure that the visible side of the cable entry plate is free of dirt collecting recesses. The surface was kept very smooth. The outer contour has a radius of 6 mm instead of the required 3 mm. In addition, Round penetration plate / KEL-DPZ-HD uses an FDA-compliant elastomer in accordance with food approval 1935/2004 / EC and (EU) 10/2011. The signal color blue ensures clear visual color recognition.

The cable entry plates are designed to route multiple cables and hoses with a diameter range of 3.2mm to 22.2mm and seal them according to IP65 / 66/67/68. A significant advantage compared to cable glands is the significantly higher cable density and flexibility in the cable diameter range. The fixing is very simple with the lock nut.
