We’re introducing our new series of snap-in polyamide PA6, with tool-free assembly and protection class IP68 / IP66.
The product is ideal for panels with perforations 0.5–4 mm, cables Ø 3–17 mm (depending on variant) and provides both time-efficient installation and reliable protection.

Smart design for easy installation

At C-Pro we recognise the value of efficient installation without compromise on quality. Our newly launched Snap-in Polyamide Cable Glands deliver exactly this. Manufactured from durable PA6 and equipped with a chloroprene sealing element, they provide reliable performance in demanding conditions. With a protection class of IP68 (5 bar/30 min) and IP66, they’re built for real-world industrial use.

Installation couldn’t be simpler: push the gland into the cut-out and turn the collar — no locknut or tools required.

The series fits panel holes from 0.5 mm up to 4.0 mm and covers cable diameters from 3 mm up to 17 mm (e.g., CBMOS-EU-DS-13: 8–17 mm)

Smart design for easy installation

Made from UV-stabilized polycarbonate or cost-efficient ABS, the enclosures feature grey or transparent lids and a molded PUR gasket for reliable long-term sealing. Models with knockout holes allow fast and clean cable entry, saving time during installation and wiring.

With or without knockouts – which should you choose?

Why EMC cable glands?

Difference between EMC2, EMC3 and EMC4

  • EMC2 – Features a built-in spring contact providing fast and reliable 360° connection to the cable braid. Easy to install and suitable for most standard applications.
  • EMC3 – Uses a special clamping ring that provides a stronger and more stable contact. Ideal for installations exposed to movement, vibrations, or where higher mechanical strength is required.
  • EMC4 – A combination of spring and clamping ring. The most robust solution with maximum EMC reliability. Recommended for environments with high levels of interference or very strict safety requirements.

The new KEL-DPFR cable entry plate from Icotek allows the insertion of multiple cables with different cable diameters from 3 to 28 mm up to IP66. A great advantage when the exact cable diameter is not known in advance.

Thanks to the flexibility of the membranes and the unique pyramid shape, routing rigid cables is much easier compared to using traditional cable glands.

  • The perforation of the KEL-DPFR fits the standard cut-outs for 16- and 24-pin industrial connectors.

It is recommended to provide additional strain relief for the cables by means of a cable tie attached to the end of the pyramid membrane.

  • For the cutting of the pyramid membrane, the cable diameter minus 20% is recommended.
