Junction Box MBX

Junction boxes MBX is one of the most durable plastic enclosures on the market.

MBX is specially designed for use in industrial and outdoor applications. The three versions of the enclosure series cover the various requirements for demanding applications, such as shipbuilding, agricultural technology or the wind power industry. The enclosures offer excellent protection for components and sensitive electronics, even when the demands are extremely high. With a seamless foamed 2-component polyurethane gasket, all MULTI-BOX MBX types achieve protection class IP69K.

The enclosures can easily withstand high-pressure water jets, steam jet cleaning or short-term flooding.

They are therefore ideal for use in vehicle construction, agricultural technology or plant construction. The extremely durable MULTI-BOX MBX PRO version is made of a newly developed impact-resistant and weather-resistant polycarbonate material, which meets self-extinguishing levels according to UL94V-0/5VA. The MBX PRO series is superior to all aluminum enclosures, especially in applications with an increased risk of corrosion. The 10 sizes are compatible with the well-known standard aluminum enclosures.
