Design – Customize your plastic enclosure. Specially adapted enclosures with own design are always required when the customer's individual requirements cannot be solved with a standard product.

MULTI-BOX develops individual customer solutions if corresponding quantities are required. We implement your optical and technical requirements.

Construction and project duration

In close cooperation with our customers, we take over both the design and technical implementation of exclusive enclosure solutions. Within a few weeks, you will receive construction documents according to your specifications. As soon as we have the final designs, we create 3D printed prototypes from near-series materials. This allows you to test the enclosure in practice even before the molds are manufactured.

After approval of the design data, we need between 10 and 14 weeks, depending on the complexity, until we present a first sample from the new molds.

Shape quality

We use high-quality steel and standard components from well-known manufacturers for our injection molds and molds. All details are optimally designed for the corresponding cast parts, the material and the desired amount of output.

Production of series and material selection

After finishing the mold construction, we produce your desired enclosure in our own injection department for plastic. You decide on the use of special materials or an individual color design for the injected parts. Then we foam seamless PU gaskets, process the enclosures mechanically or take over printing and assembly.

The result is a cost-effective and tailored encapsulation solution from one source.
