Special colors for plastic enclosures<\/strong><\/p>\n Within our own plastic injection production, we manufacture all molded parts from our own tools. For special colors, we either use already dyed base materials or we dye natural materials by adding highly concentrated dye bundles. In both cases, we color the material completely and you use the casing and process as usual. Depending on the size, a special coloring is possible from an amount of 500 and above.<\/p>\n Special colors for aluminum casings<\/strong><\/p>\n We produce special aluminum colors depending on order quantity and customer specifications.<\/p>\n Powder coating<\/strong><\/p>\n Multi-Box uses an electrostatic powder coating process. The electrically charged powder particles adhere to the containment surface and are baked at approx. 220 \u00b0 C in a continuous oven. The pre-treatment is chrome-free passivation, which significantly increases corrosion protection. Our high-quality polyester powders are UV-stable and available in various colors, textures and gloss levels.<\/p>\n Wet color<\/strong><\/p>\n Especially for smaller series up to 50 parts, we offer special paints in wet paint based on water or solvent. Through the use of well-known paint manufacturers, we achieve good corrosion protection with this coating. Upon request and with special reference to the railway and marine technology, where target systems are prescribed, the casing can also be pre-treated with a special primer.
